We return and exchange goods of proper quality in accordance with the Law on Consumer’s Rights Protection.
Return conditions for goods of proper quality:
- Return or exchange of goods of good quality is possible if their appearance, consumer properties, packaging, complete set, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the goods are preserved.
- The buyer has no right to refuse from the goods of proper quality, which has individually determined properties if the specified goods were used.
- The Buyer has no right to refuse the goods which were ordered by his individual order (location of the filling system or massage equipment according to the Buyer's drawings, the color of the product).
Delivery for the return of goods of proper quality is made at the expense of the Buyer.
According to the Law on Consumer’s Rights Protection, a company may refuse to exchange and return goods of good quality if they belong to the categories specified in the current List of non-food goods of good quality that cannot be returned or exchanged.
